Mike Mongeon - Chef/Owner

Chef Mike is a 2007 graduate of Berkshire Community College and 2009 graduate of UMASS Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.  Mike started in the business under his Father, Chef Steve Mongeon. He has spent over 15 years cooking in fine dining restaurants as well as some of the areas largest hotels, country clubs, and summer camps. 

Chef Mike appeared on the 2013 Live Chopped Competition against Chef Robert Irvine of the Food Network. In November 2014 Mike was named one of the top up and coming chefs as he appeared in Hotel Food & Beverage Magazine. In February 2018 KJ Nosh was named in Club & Resort Business Magazine naming Chef Mike as the appointed chef at both Country Clubs. KJ Nosh was voted Best Caterer in the Berkshire Eagles Reader's Poll in 2018 & 2019.

KJ Nosh purchased a new commercial kitchen in 2019 to further grow the catering business. Now having a dedicated commercial kitchen space, with offices and a tasting room for clients, KJ Nosh is expanding to become the elite cater in the area.

Mike is an active member of the community, supporting local groups and organizations through KJ Nosh as well as his real estate company, Mongeon Property Management, in which he is active in the local Rental Housing market of Berkshire County.

Skye Breault - F&B Manager/Event Coordinator

Skye currently oversees all food and beverage operations for KJ Nosh. Managing the restaurant, off-site events, and coordinates all social events. Currently overseeing approximately 30 full and part time employees at KJ Nosh.

Skye is a leading coordinator in the wedding industry in the Berkshire. Skye coordinates as many as 40+ weddings annual at KJ Nosh. Skye has professional relationships with many  local Photographers, DJ's, Florists, and other event planners in the business to help orchestrate any event.

In addition Skye in on staff through Berkshire Community College. Skye teaches the Bar & Mixology courses and assists with professionals who seek there TIPS certifications through the college.
